All you need is a paint on sealant straight out of a can. Bunnings have some clear sealants but you need to find one that will stick to acrylic or fibreglass. Give the shower enclosure a good scrub, rinse and let dry for a few days then apply the sealant. Seal around the shower screen with silicon and the waste pipe and you should be good to go. You may have to apply a patch over the crack to give it some strength first.
