I didn't realise it was already an issue back then. Same mistake, different excuse. But when we wanted to know why the plumber said it's not a good option, they said fine, they'll fix it without an explanation. They're hoping we would leave it to avoid further delays too, but we don't mind. We're both not renting so have no deadline to move in.
