Browse Forums Bathrooms and Laundry 1 Jan 25, 2016 5:18 pm I went to have a quick look at my new build and noticed that the bathroom sink that sits in the vanity has a very wide application of white silicone or caulking around the sink and its very very obvious. They think its fine and has to be like that but it looks ridiculous. I have no experience in this area so not sure if the builders just did a bad job or genuinely needs to be like that.. ? ? Second issue: my laundry is part of the garage in a closed off area and the floor hasnt been tiled. Shouldn't all wet areas be tiled.?
