Just wanting to know what I can and can't do when it comes to window above my bath.
I have seen display homes with a windows that is sit at the same height of the bath hob. This would be ideal for my new home however my builder stating that it's not possible due to waterproofing and there will be issues with leaking mould as the window won't be adequately waterproofed.
I know that walls need to be waterproofed for 150mm above the he bath, but what if part of the wall is window? Can it be done and how? or does my window need to commence 150mm above the bath to allow for waterproofing?
