The rest 2 and a bit sides are white and it turns out to be a very good combination. Re: Recommendations for Grey tiles please!! 5Apr 21, 2015 5:46 pm I brought home a sample of Greystone Gris from Beaumont on the weekend. It's quite nice. Much nicer than the webpage photos. This is a rectified printed porcelain stone-look tile, with shades running from taupe to mid-grey. Because its a small house and we wanted to limit the number of different finishes, we also used 600x300 tiles on the short sides of the shower enclosure, and extended it down one wall of the bath. I like it very much, although I think tiling a whole room in it would be overpowering. If you google this tile, you'll find a number of pics posted on the web and can see how others used it (including with the ubiquitous white subway tile). Just love this tile, but couldn't have rectified edge so had to pass.... Re: Recommendations for Grey tiles please!! 8Apr 21, 2015 8:03 pm That is also a beautiful tile MrsJm. Love the pattern. Re: Recommendations for Grey tiles please!! 9Apr 22, 2015 5:52 am Treeseachanger That is also a beautiful tile MrsJm. Love the pattern. This is the outdoor textured tile as they were all out of lappato samples. He said the colour is identical but I disagree... You can't get the full effect looking at this one. The lappato is just stunning. Even next to the delightful floral carpet in my KDR hahaha M Y C U S T O M C O R A L B R O N T E 43 ...............Kitchen! 16 Nov 2016 https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=79581 Re: Recommendations for Grey tiles please!! 10Apr 23, 2015 9:04 pm MrsJM I brought home a sample of Greystone Gris from Beaumont on the weekend. When I got it home it wasn't as dark as I had imagined though but it's growing on me! Do you still like your tile MrsJM? I am going for a lapparto finish though found this lovely tile called Belgium Stone Ice which will keep our room light and bright. Love these mosaics for a feature in the shower perhaps? I love the Greystone Gris I originally had but I'm worried I won't like the look of a room full of lots of 'different' tiles if you know what I mean... Even across the 10 samples of Greystone Gris on the webpage, they are all so different! I'm now thinking about marble and whether it would look good with the greys or whether I can the whole grey think and go calacatta hexagons and white lol. Too many decisions!
