When I turn on the tap all is fine, but when the water heats up the shower emits and annoying whine. When I reduce the temperature or the pressure the noise goes away. What I do not understand is that as the temperature of the water increases the pressure does not change so why does reducing it fix the problem. Where do I start, the shower head or the mixer tap? I'll look into different shower heads and ask the plumber about some engineering and see what he says.
