Does anyone know how complicated it is for plumbers to change 2 normal taps (the standard setup of hot, cold taps and actual water spout thing) and replace them with a single mixer? How do they do it? Would they have to somehow combine the pipes into one and then somehow cover up the 2 holes left by the now removed separate taps? Has anyone done this before?
I love a nice mixer. Especially in the shower. Not so much for the kitchen or even bathroom vanity sink, but just the shower where I don’t want to be fiddling around with the right hot/cold balance. I just want one mixer tap with the degrees in numbers along the bottom so I know exactly my ideal temperature.
