Know wonder the rich get richer. I hope consumer affairs can help you out with this. If not take them to court and let the judge decide. I am shocked that a large company like this treats customers this way. Tell everyone you know, even start a facebook page about them and hopefully they will start to listen. Re: Polished Porcelain Tiles - Staining 62Jun 25, 2014 5:19 pm Its amazing that companies are nice when they are selling us products .but when there is a problem there are few companies that will help .so I got my porslin tiles laid a couple of weeks ago and my son driped ink all over them and bought tile and grout cleaner .took a while but eventually the stain came up . I know your case is different .and they should of told you they needed to be sealed. This is my second time with porslin tiles .my old house I had chinese imported ones . And they just lad them .I had no problem . Goodluck and dont give up . I have all our correspondence and photos ready for the case officer. I have also purchased an off-the-shelf polished porcelain tile from a competitor and performed very specific substance tests on a Beaumont and the other tile. Same substances, same amount of time.
