It's always nice when everything comes together just right. There's always that bit of trepidation when your spending a bit of money, so it's nice when it works out just as you hoped. It also helped that you knew exactly what you wanted. It was very easy getting everything done because we'd done so much research and knew exactly what we needed. Now that's over with, we have some issues to fix with the roof and hot water system that cropped up over the last few months that we need to fix, so the work I wanted to do inside the bedrooms will need to wait. It's one thing after another and I'm looking forward to not spending anymore money for at least a year or several. I'm not sure at this point if I would ever say "I'll buy another house and do it again" but this house is a project home and when we're done with it - will be exactly what we want and we won't be moving from the area any time soon. The owner of the company which did the bathroom is coming around tomorrow to do handover with the paperwork for warranties etc and take photos so I guess they are pretty happy with the work. I work with owner, he/she is my man on the ground and I instruct them when to visit the site and take photos and I have other tools in the bag. 4 15265 I am in the same situation, would you be able to give some insights in to this?
