For (b) What should I do to get the permit? How much it will cost? Appreciate if someone can share the details. Friends just ran hoses outside and made up a tent like thing for showers. how long are they planing to take? Not heard of a bin permit. Where are you located? Again how long do they need the bin there. We get the bin and strip everything out the same day. Then it can be taken. No use having it sit there all week. They will not move toilet into backyard as they will only unload it by crane on truck and needs to be able to refill the same way.
