Didn't get much info regarding window heights and exact locations or any information on budget so I just designed exactly what I would be doing with that space if wanting to revamp. Might not be your taste but gives you some ideas! Sorry if its too expensive for what you were thinking. Hello Michelle, wall is there at present. But we are planning to break it down to make it one bigger room. Re: Need help in bathroom design 6Mar 20, 2014 8:25 pm Do you need the bath in this room? Is this an en suite or main bathroom OK...looks like a main bathroom. Internal and External Building and Colour Consultant Online - Worldwide http://www.denovoconcepts.com Re: Need help in bathroom design 7Mar 20, 2014 8:34 pm ok next question, are you on a slab? If you start moving those drain holes around you could be up for big money. Its quite tricky really. I took a better look at blacky199 layout, its really good. He seems to have kept the drain holes in use as they are. Very practical space. Re: Need help in bathroom design 10Mar 20, 2014 10:19 pm Hi, always happy to help. That's what online forums are all about; people offering their opinion and expertise in their field or area. I have received some great help so thought it was time to start helping some others. Might just take a moment to explain the detailed internal drawings that I posted for those unfamiliar with these style of drawings. Obviously the bottom left drawing is of the floor plan. On the floor plan there Are circles or elevation markers noted with A, B and C. These reference back to the other three drawings which show the corresponding elevation or view of the room for that straight on Angle to which the arrow is pointing. Hope that makes sense. Without knowing window heights an floor structure I took a stab in the dark. As another poster mentioned it will be more difficult and costly if on a slab but I have tried to locate each of the fittings relevant to some existing plumbing waste points as bet I could. It's always best to walk into a nice view of a bath or vanity so orientated this when you first walk in. To the left I have located the shower and separate wc room behind some frameless obscured glass provide a neutral but pleasing backdrop to the space concealing the ugly components being the we and shower. On show is a nice long single wall hung floating vanity and freestanding bath. A full height mirror wall panels Forms the backdrop to the vanity and is the full width. Additional storage in the recessed mirror wall cabinet. Dress it up with a nice pendent light hanging over the clear end of the vanity or there is an opportunity to hang a pendent light over the left end of the bath so it's more visible upon entry. Not everyone's taste but thought I would provide some unique design ideas that aren't really done everyday. And for those of you who think this configuration would be way too costly, it's possible to pull off relatively cheap with well prices fittings tiles and finishes. If ur interested I can provide you with a full spec list on what I recommend which will give you a rough price on materials at least. Michelle I like how you assumed that I was a HE. Hahah you assumed correctly. Re: Need help in bathroom design 11Mar 21, 2014 5:32 am blacky199....its a nice layout. Not sure why I assumed you were a HE, I think after so many years on the forum I have learnt to read who wrote what. Just the way woman write differently......most of the time, not all the time. I have been wrong though.
