Browse Forums Bathrooms and Laundry 1 Mar 29, 2013 8:07 pm i am wanting to renovate my bathroom and would like to upgrade the bathtub to an air bath. unfortunately due to size limitations it would have to be a petite one no more than 1400, preferably even 1300. [and this is for a rectangle tub not a corner one]. i can find a bath as tiny as 1220mm, have found a spa at 1400mm but no air baths, smallest airbath i have found so far is 1500mm [Lanark]. does anyone know of one, or does anyone know if there are companies that will retrofit this system to an existing bathtub? if i can't get one then i need to rethink the whole bath idea. also when do the companies do a new catalogue release of their baths as in new styles etc? if it's soon'ish then i can wait and see if something comes out in next release. thanks for any input. nb: i want an airbath over a spa as it has positives like a more gentle massage than jets, lower and even hidden jets, less water usage and possibly [depending on what site you read] more hygienic than a spa bath. if anyone has general input against my reasoning here i would be intrigued to hear that to. Re: a small airbath - possible to find one? 2Mar 30, 2013 7:52 pm i found a small'ish one on Reece website - Mizu at 1400mm http://www.reece.com.au/bathrooms/produ ... air-system it looks very square though with no contours. so not sure this would be very comfortable though [will need to see one to see for sure] so noone else has any input? Maybe wider top and bottom plates with 70mm studs to allow the cabinet to be recessed fully 1 6636 You can wash over existing pavers with 10% solution of water and hydrochloric acid, then wash off. The acid will provide for required bond key with new concrete. 1 36960 0 9809 |
