I have a bathroom extension that's elevated about 4' off the ground. The floor needs replacing. My question is, with it being so high off the ground, what's the strongest material and process that I can put down? Do I need to have an underlying villaboard (?) with cement sheeting ontop to give strength? The board is waterproof and is rely good for suspended works. p.s even though it is waterproof Australian standards state that you still need to waterproof it.
