Have considered removing grout myself but now think I should get someone in. So who do I get to do this job for me? The problem is what has caused the grout to crack or fall out as it maybe deflection and if that is true then grout will crack or fall out again. The main reason for deflection is that the builder did not use ceramic tile underlay that is if your shower is up stairs?
