It would depend on a lot of factors. Like the size of job more than size of bathroom, how organized you and your tradies are. If you're just replacing tiles and fixtures without plumbing. You do it in a few days. On day to remove existing tiles and fixtures. A day (probably less to paint) another day or 2 (depending on size) to tile. Then a day to install cabinets and fixtures. Thats my estimate on how long each job would take so if you have all trades organized one after the other you can do it pretty quick.

Longer than you think. When we do renos we rip out the bathroom on the first day.
So Day 1 ripout, jackhammer up floortiles etc.
Day 2- plumbing if needed to move, regyprock if needed/ Set bath,
Day 4 second coat waterproof
Day 5 tiles (all or floor) then wall
Day 6 grout
Day 7- put in shower, toilet, vanity.
Nothing quick about it if it's a full reno.
That's if you can get the tradies to come on consecutive days.

You need to allow atleast 2 weeks for a full reno.
It can take longer depending on the site, materials and whats uncovered when the old bathroom is stripped out.

We've done two bathroom rennos, same room but different things.
Day 1- pull down walls and ceiling, remove bath and shower, pull up floor
2- fix plumbing, redo floors, plaster walls and ceiling
3- stop up plaster, undercoat, waterproof, lay linoleum floor, install vanity
4- install freestanding shower unit, paint, paint again
1- remove shower unit, build bath frame
2- fix plumbing, replaster wall that had to be pulled apart, waterproof
3- install bath, install tapwear (shower over bath) tile walls and bath
4- fit shower screen
