Browse Forums Bathrooms and Laundry 1 Oct 10, 2012 2:56 pm Our bathroom was finally finished but unfortunately I noticed that the bathframe had quite a fall/lean towards the floor. I measured it and it's about 1 cm. might not seem like a lot but looking at the tiling above its quite noticeable as in one corner the tile is a lot smaller compared to the tile on the edge. Also the bath is not in straight. I can see this how the water in the bath is not level. Still waiting for handover date so whst can I do and also is this lean acceptable and normal within building regulations /allowances!??? Re: Bathframe 3Oct 11, 2012 2:19 pm Haven't got a photo . But the fall is 13 mm. Builder reckons that its normal to have a frame with such a big fall towards the floor as It's better for the water to drain away when having a bath. Easy way out I believe.
