As it stands now the unit's bathroom has a really awkward layout and I have many ideas to make it better but most of them involve moving the toilet which currently sits with it's back to an external wall. Besides dealing with strata etc would I have to deal the unit below it to get access to our bathroom from below? Is it more trouble than it's worth bringing the pipes in if we have to take up part of the flooring? It's an investment unit so would need to knock the job over relatively quickly.
