price difference block $3000 my $700
Yay! thanks for posting that. I thought the zip would be a lot more than $700 & I only really want it for the boiling water. It's now gone onto my list!

Re: Show off your above Vanity Basins & Taps PLEASE, 22Aug 17, 2011 2:35 pm xquisite kerry-ann Ok,i like these,i think there is a oval shape as well... Hope I'm not stating the obvious but the taps that these 2 need will be quite different. The round / oval ones really need the tap coming out from the wall above - unless you have a tall tap next to the bowl - which would look odd IMO. the square one has a tap hole so you could use one of the shorter mixers that you posted. Of course, you could also get a square above-counter sink with no tap hole. There is a big difference between these looks IMO. Do you prefer one over the other? Thats ok its Noted thanks xquisite,i just showed these ones because i was trying to get people to show theirs,i thought our local hardware shop had some so i went & checked & decided to take photo's. I do not really favour 1 or the other but i though some photos may help off other peoples basins. This is another late change, sent my man an email yesterday to say i do wont to change the basins,he did not reply. I bet he was passed out on the floor Anyhoo i thought i could get ideas from here. Our drawings took 4 weeks instead of the usual 2, which I thought was ok seeing as I had 99 variations This webite may help (or confuse you more): http://modecordesignsolutions-basins.bl ... -home.html It is lots and lots of basins from different manufacturers. It doesnt list prices, but it gives you a good idea of what is around Re: Show off your above Vanity Basins & Taps PLEASE, 25Aug 18, 2011 9:30 am kerry-ann BASINS ANYONE How about you xquisite My basins are undermount but I did find a pic from one of the renos we did about 6yrs ago. It was a really small bathroom & I notice this was taken before the shower screen was put on. Hard to see, sorry - but that's all I have. This is in an Edwardian house & I think the taps coming out over the round basin is a bit more graceful for a period property. Could you make it wider so that the taps do not need to go on the wall? (Assuming you do not want this) We increased the width of our ensuite vanity from 380mm to the standard 500mm and recieved a credit Also, you might want to consider oval or rectangular basins, for example the basin we have selected is 350mm wide, where as a similar round one is 430mm wide Re: Show off your above Vanity Basins & Taps PLEASE, 28Aug 18, 2011 4:20 pm This is what we've got in the ensuite and powder room.
