Re: Polished porcelain tiles in bathroom 2Jul 03, 2011 7:03 pm Hi, I have had polished porcelain in my bathroom including my shower for about a month. I was worried about how slippery they were going to be (but didnt think of that when I bought them otherwise I may not have bought them.). If they were too slippery I was going to coat the shower floor ones with a special paint I had heard about from tile shops which makes them less slippery. Anyway, they have been absolutely fine and not a problem at all. But I think there are different types because I bought some other ones for our hallway and if you are wearing socks they are really dangerous, my dog slips over on them. They would be terrible wet I would imagine. But they look beautiful!
