There's too much going on. Personally, I like the essa stone you've chosen and I'd be tempted to go a flat colour on the cupboards rather than wood grain with it. If I was in love with one of those cupboard selections then I'd go a plain white stone top - but that's me; I prefer restraint in bathrooms. I'm not a fan of pebbles as I think it will really date. BUT if they are a must have for you, keep the essa stone, the lighter coloured floor tile (which should be about the same colour as the pebbles) and choose a plain colour cabinet. I'd go for a darker colour than the tiles (maybe more like the darker floor tile?) that picks up one of the fleck colours in the essa. Re: Ok,i'm thinking this is too much! 13Jul 05, 2011 8:01 pm How about the lighter floor tile with a cupboard the same type of colour as the darker tile Then u can keep the pebbles that I know u looooooooooooove and it wont look too much. But honestly, I nearly divorced my husband when we had to choose tiles, so dont listen to me Re: Ok,i'm thinking this is too much! 14Jul 06, 2011 9:41 pm Alright tomorrow i will post what my friend picked I think as long as i don't go overboard on the pebbles it will be ok. Prob why i have decided that the powder room & laundry will not have them. I dont think it will date as much as say bright green sml glass tiles or bright colour glass as a splashback or other things. Please no-one take offence at what i have said ,i love those things as well but in other peoples homes I think if we ever sell someone will buy it for the land size, position, house style & love earthy rustic like we do. Anyhoo will be back with photo. I am not a fan off the plain colour finish, bar white & that maybe too stark. cheers for the help ♥♥ Block bought 1st RBC X! 2nd Ventrua,Keeper!
