Browse Forums Bathrooms and Laundry 1 Feb 28, 2011 6:26 pm I bought a Caroma Liano inset basin which is 41.5cm deep. The vanity can only be 45cm deep or it will jut out in front of doorway. With only 3.5cm to spare, does anyone know if the basin will fit or have I just wasted my money (can't return, impulse ebay buy)? Any advice much appreciated! Thanks. Re: Are my basins too wide for benchtop? 2Feb 28, 2011 10:03 pm Depends on the cut out not on the appearance so far looks like it will fit but very depends on the clearance off the wall and whether you have drawers or just cabinets. Drawers will decrease the usable space of the vanity. Re: Are my basins too wide for benchtop? 4Mar 01, 2011 3:11 pm I just looked at a photo from our display home ensuite - we have the same sinks (inset) and there isn't much room at the back or front so you should be fine! I just hope it's okay to have only a centimetre or so of bench at front and back.
