Any suggestions??? 14Mar 11, 2011 7:50 am I can totally agree with this topic!!! We are beginning our journey of building a new home and a COMFORTABLE toilet is one of the top points on my list!!! I guess I have a pretty valid reason though - I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis when I was 16 and I spend a fair bit of time in the loo.... We currently have a bog-stock builders-type toilet in our current home (you know, the plastic lid/seat kinda model) and I have to say it is the most hirrid thing I have ever had the DIS-pleasure of utalising! For our new house, I am on the search for a full porcelin/china model with an ergonomic seat. My physio/pilates studio has one and it is HEAVEN!!!! That being said, it's each to their own when it comes to loos and the only way to find the right one is to "try" them all out. It probably feels/looks stupid to you but I'm sure the sales-people see it a hundred times a day. At the end of it, you are forking over cold hard cash for an item that you will be using many times a day probably for many years so make sure YOU like it!!! That's my 2c Watch out!!!
