we are building and putting niches in our ensuite, I do expect them to be exposed to a lot of water , I plan to use a sealant on all my tiles to help prevent mould and to make cleaning easier. Can't recall the exact name but I saw it in the local hardware store recently , its recommended for wet areas I'll I am now also looking into a new product from Laminex called Metaline that can be used in wet areas also.
