I like the layout, just want to be able to close it off with doors if possible, plus having the single vanities on either side of the room means no more fighting with the other half over mess on the vanity I hadn't actually thought about the flushing toilet noise - great suggestion!!! B2 will more than likely be used as a nursery as I am desperate to start trying for a child soon.... Moving the wardrobe is an excellent suggestion though and would also help with buffering any potential baby crying.... so if my sales rep ever gets back to me (still no return calls or emails ) I will have this changed on the plan!!!
