What if there is a toilet next to the vanity along the same wall? Are they a fad or here to stay? If you are not having downlights I don't see the attraction in it. Not ugly IMO, I quite like it - although that is beside the point really. I guess you could do same thing in home bathroom - myself, I can take it or leave it. I dont think I would do them myself.
