My lack of colour co-ordination is haunting me again. Any help would be greatly appreciated ENSUITE Wall Tiles - 30 x 60cm gloss white Floor Tiles - http://i134.photobucket.com/albums/q89/donnam1712/tile.jpg 30 x 60cm Feature Tiles - Same as floor tile in a vertical stripe up the shower 30 x 60cm Vanity Top - CaesarStone Nougat 2 metres long with one basin Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Vanity Doors & Structure - Glossy white??? Not sure what to get them made out of?? As you can see I am stuck with the cupboard colours. Given the floor is fairly dark I assume they need to be a light colour?? Is 2 pac the way to go. Not so keen on vinyl wrap. Is there a nice glossy white laminate assmuming that is the colour I go? I am getting a tad confused with all the brand names? Many thanks Donna Sorry I don't know how to make the pics smaller Re: Bathroom colours 2Jan 15, 2011 10:19 pm Hi Donna I'd pick a nuetral colour from the your bench top colour for the cupboards as a compliment. Your feature tiles are stunning, I really love your colours so far Re: Bathroom colours 4Jan 15, 2011 10:22 pm Sorry was typing one handed and being vague as I'm eating dinner... I'd pick a light brown/stone colour, like one of the specks from your benchtop colour Re: Bathroom colours 6Jan 15, 2011 10:35 pm I wish I'd spotted something like your feature tile when we picked our colours etc... here's our ensuite, we've used very similar colours as you have chosen so far http://i896.photobucket.com/albums/ac165/aaron4erin/ensuiteDSC_0019.jpg http://i896.photobucket.com/albums/ac165/aaron4erin/ensuiteDSC_0034.jpg http://i896.photobucket.com/albums/ac165/aaron4erin/ensuiteDSC_0033.jpg http://i896.photobucket.com/albums/ac165/aaron4erin/ensuiteDSC_0020.jpg Re: Bathroom colours 7Jan 17, 2011 9:04 pm Your bathroom looks lovely! Can I ask what your vanity is - 2 PAC? What colour is it? I am waiting to find out the actual cost of laminate and 2 PAC. I guess once I know that it might make it easier. We were quoted for vinyl wrap but I am pretty sure I don't want that. I have to make a decision pretty soon. Talk about stress me out! Thanks Donna Re: Bathroom colours 8Jan 17, 2011 9:12 pm Benchtop is Caesarstone "Cracked Pepper". Cupboards are Laminex "Fossil". Re: Bathroom colours 10Jan 21, 2011 10:17 pm I have picked a couple of laminate samples (can't remember what they are now and they are all packed in my car ready to move to the next place of stay during this Reno). They do match but I can't say that I am going wow over any of them. I really want to go with the grey from tile and the nougat. Re: Bathroom colours 11Jan 22, 2011 1:24 pm donnam, we used the same feature tile and coupled it with a white tile when we did our renovation. In the main bathroom we have laminex platintum steel as the top - it matches perfectly with the tile. In the ensuite we put a white hanging vanity. We're really happy with our choices! Hope this helps you a bit! Head to a metal and decide on which profile you will use first. Profiles with larger corrugations can greatly change the appearance of the color in different… 0 3384 I'd get the gutters to match your roof and pipes to match the paint - otherwise they become a feature. Nice pick with the paint colours! 1 34269 |
