I wonder what's better for me remove the old grout and re-grout or clean the grout thoroughly and apply the paint followed by the grout pen? Now things are slowly coming back to normal well kind of . The grout on the walls however look awful there is a broken soap holder (not a major drama to replace) SO you may be right remove the old grout seal and then paint however I still need some opinion about the current state of the shower cubicle.
