Browse Forums Bathrooms and Laundry 1 Sep 19, 2010 7:19 pm Hi all, just wondering if a sml wall basin will fit in a WC so it will be kinda like a Powder room instead or would the WC have to be made bigger. cheers & thanks Block bought 1st RBC X! 2nd Ventrua,Keeper! If you can do this, I highly recommend it. Of all the things we have in this house for the first time, a powder room is our number one favourite! Terrence Malick Re: Powder room 3Sep 19, 2010 7:48 pm yes, do it. you dont need to wash your hands anywhere else then, like the kitchen! all in the one place. EASY! Re: Powder room 4Sep 19, 2010 7:50 pm We have one. The WC isn't very big, but there is a false wall for the handbasin to go in. The basin is tiny, but it's fine for washing hands. My sister has the same one, but with two normal taps, and it is really messy trying to get your hands underneath the taps, but ours is a mixer and it seems fine so far. I have a pic somewhere will find it and show you Re: Powder room 5Sep 19, 2010 8:09 pm Thanks guy & dolls The builder has extended our laundry/WC to fit one in,COSTING OVER $2,000,coz he said one wont fit Block bought 1st RBC X! 2nd Ventrua,Keeper! Obviously that is only if budget allows. Especially if you have littlies and you might have to get in there to wipe bums etc. I leave you to fend for yourself, figure things out yourself. Something like this: having said that, the toilet will be a bit bigger - 1320x1410 (see here). The increased size is less than 1/2 a metre, sometimes that can be alot though & looking at the cost instead of guessing it's $2,400 cheers Block bought 1st RBC X! 2nd Ventrua,Keeper!
