Browse Forums Bathrooms and Laundry 1 Sep 18, 2010 9:29 am Hi all, I'd like to install an exhaust fan in the bathroom from the vertical face of a ceiling bulkhead, vented out through an external brick wall. Questions: 1. Can you get fans that sit in bulkheads? I'd like the exposed vent to look like a central heating vent (ie: rectangular & white). 2. As the fan will vent to the outside through a brick wall, does this need to be built-in as the wall is constructed? Or do they knock a hole in the wall later? If anyone knows of a good online resource with these sorts of products, please let me know! Cheers, J.
