Is it rust? There may be a screw behind the shower frame or a nail behind the tile which is either rusty or corroding because it is not stainless. If you think rust is possible, I would buy some rust remover, test it in a small area away from view and if it does no damage, try it on a small part of the stain. Ed Any other ideas anyone...???
