Browse Forums Bathrooms and Laundry 1 Jun 14, 2010 8:36 pm Hi everyone, this is my first post here and first attempt at bathroom reno (I've done 2 kitchens already) I have a walk-through bathroom: entrance door is on the right and walk-through to the laundry on the left. Laundry door currently opens inside the bathroom; I may change it to opens towards the laundry. I'm really keen on a large spa bath and looks like it will just fit... I will have to go with corner shower a well. What do you think? Is there enough space? BTW - I will have 1.2 m high partition wall between toilet and spa bath so you can't see toilet from the spa. This will be the place for towel racks as I have heating outlet below. Your bathroom is a lot like ours in that we will have a door from the hall and also a door onto the deck. Sorry I can't offer much advice. Re: Awkward floor plan with corner spa bath 3Jun 19, 2010 10:01 am Just check on where the spa pump etc needs to go? I don't have one, so have no idea about these things, but the ones I've seen usually have a tiled extended hob to one side that conceals the spa workings. Hi Kek, The pump will be outside, it won't take space and it's easy to maintain it as well. No room for hobs in our case... hope this will work out somehow Re: Awkward floor plan with corner spa bath 5Jun 19, 2010 10:42 pm Almond~Eyes You could change the laundry door to a sliding door which will save a lot of space - this is what we'll be doing.
