Browse Forums Bathrooms and Laundry 1 May 02, 2010 11:00 am Hello All, Has anyone used frosted glass as an alternative to a wall in a Bathroom? I ask as I'm looking to use it to separate (i) the shower area from the rest of the Bathroom, and also (ii) to separate the WC from the rest of the room. Has anyone got any thoughts on this? I'm building in Melbourne so if anyone can recommend a particular company who can potentially supply it then that would also be useful. I have a full height glass panel for the shower area. By the sounds of it, you would want two of these, but in frosted glass, not clear. Here is a "during construction" pic of our ensuite. Stegbar did the shower screens. Out of interest, what distance do you have from your inside wall to the centre of your basin? I ask as I currently have 400mm (inside wall to basin centre), and I'm not sure whether that’s enough. My basin width is 440mm which means I would only have 180mm from edge of basin to inside of wall. Just trying to get a feel as to what others have….. Thanks in advance….
