Browse Forums Bathrooms and Laundry Re: Quality of Kohler fixtures? 5Mar 16, 2010 8:40 pm What I liked about the caroma cisterns is the outlet valve. Its similar to the geberit valve usually used in the kohler, but more robust. But the geberit is the most used valve across the entire rang of cisterns available in aus. you just have to be careful when removing the lid. There is a particular method of removing the lid and do do so incorrectly can break them. But like I said earlier, theres not really that much difference in that just about all are made in china and have similar parts inside them. Some have better a quality ceramic.. , which is generally easy to see. But dont under any circumstances buy an Imperial WC suite. Complete rubbish, even though they have tried to upgrade the outlet valves numerous times. |
