Browse Forums Bathrooms and Laundry 1 Dec 24, 2009 4:58 pm Merry Christmas Eve! I'm looking for some advice from anyone who has installed/connected the Smartstart addition to an existing Rinnai unit. I have only just connected two controllers and the Smartstart unit to the main hot water unit, and each communication cable ends in a spade terminal. At the moment, I've connected all three of these spade terminals as they're supposed to and while we get hot water, the Smartstart unit doesn't appear to be operating. My only clue in the instruction manual is that when connecting three or more controllers, you should cut/soldier the third and join it to one of the other two, subsequently ending up with only two spade terminal connectors. If anyone has some experience with this sort of device, any advice is welcome! I need to replace the worn mohair seal on my sliding window, but I can't get access to the end to slide the old one out & push the new one in. I could probably rip the old… 0 5177 Thanks Simon, I guess I'm no concerned with the volume of the noise rather that dead and hollow sound and feel that is associated with floating floors. But I'm not sure… 3 6113 |
