It looks fabulous and stops the mirror from steaming up as much whilst the shower is running. Having said that though, we will only be installing one in the powder room in our new house, not in the bathroom. This is purely because the mirror gets extremely hot which, particularly in summer, makes it too uncomfortable to put make up on. If you can handle the heat, it certainly adds a glamourous touch to a bathroom. We have this mirror - http://www.onlinelighting.com.au/produc ... ts_id=1115 Re: Illuminated Mirrors 3Dec 07, 2009 1:32 pm we had 2 small spot lights mounted on the wall next to either side of the vanity in my last house which was seperate from the main light and had a switch in the vanity. They where little stainless things and fitted in with out standing out since there was a lot of satin crome other stuff already in the room. Worth the effort for sure, something to consider if you can't find an illuminated mirror you like. My current rental has similar stuff in each bathroom. |
