Browse Forums Bathrooms and Laundry 1 Dec 01, 2009 8:40 am Hi, Does anyone know if it's possible to buy a shaving cabinet that is only 90mm in depth? Most of the standard ones are 150mm... i havn't come across one that is skinnier. I could get a cabinet maker to build one, however it would be easier and cheaper i'm assuming to buy one ready made. Re: saving cabinet 2Dec 02, 2009 7:11 am Most likely not. I was having this discussion with a supplier not long ago and the depth is limited to the size of the hinges. By the time you have a 16mm back and the hinges are roughly 80mm then another 20mm of door, you're over the 90mm. A company called Rifco do them 120mm deep. Are you recessing it in the wall or hanging it? Possumchops Now the proud owner of 3.7acres of Serenity. Colour selection completed! You can definitely set up corner cabinets to have the same gap as standard doors. 2 8593 |
