I have two bathrooms, one is 1.8m x 2.2m (main bathroom) and the other is 1.7m x 2m (ensuite). Swap the vanity and toilet, flip the door so that the toilet has some privacy (not sure about ease of use here, might be hard to get into the bathroom and around the door) and put a big mirror on the same wall as the vanity (red line on plan). Maybe you could tile the wall under the mirror so that it didn't look out of place.
