This isn't a nice one, but it gives you the general idea - you could easily have a beautiful cabinet made and add a basin to suit: Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Or maybe a shallow vanity with a semi-recessed basin - that takes up little floor space and visually makes the room bigger too. Like this sort of thing, nut made to the appropriate size: Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Baths come in all sorts of sizes, so if you hunt around, you might be able to save some extra space there while keeping your bath. Glass shower screens and a large mirror will make the room seem larger as well and so will light colours. And shelves recessed into the wall cavity give you extra storage without taking up any space in the room at all.
