You have to "manually" drain it with your foot. Obviously the fall hasn't been done properly. Should I wait until the 13 week maintenace check, or let the builder know now? You don't want risking flooding your top floor and damaging the ceiling of the ground floor. Nice to see you are in your house I hope you are enjoying it. T.
