Browse Forums Bathrooms and Laundry 1 Aug 22, 2009 6:29 pm hi, we just purchased a frameless shower and the waterproofer is now doing all the (yes you guessed it) waterproofing in the bathrooms. The shower came with its own ceramic hob (its a corner shower so the hob is a sort of V shape), the question I have (and the waterproofer cannot answer) is whether you install the hob now without tiles, or after tiles. the shower is 900 x 900, it came with instructions but even the waterproofer can't understand them! Hope someone can help.. Thanks a lot Re: shower hob and frameless shower 2Aug 25, 2009 3:22 pm Glue the hob to the floor , waterproof over the hob and tile over the waterproofing membrane. Hello I'm remodeling my kitchen and evaluating ideas. We are in the last stages of drawing and I am now considering putting a pot filler tap in above the hob. Has anyone… 0 1367 2 4475 I'll look into different shower heads and ask the plumber about some engineering and see what he says. Thanks 2 9551 |
