Browse Forums Bathrooms and Laundry 1 Aug 19, 2009 10:16 am We have teens in this house who love to have long hot showers. When we move into the new house...their showers will be upstairs...so it's harder for me to monitor. So I was thinking of getting some shower timers. What is good/effective to use? I wanted the one that will turn the hot water off and swing the bathroom door wide open...but DH tells me that it doesn't exist. So....what would you recommend? LOL - definitely the most effective solution! I know the hot water system in my parent's caravan is ideal - runs out of hot water at 4mins almost exactly! Life's too short too drink bad wine Re: shower timers - how to choose an effective one. 8Aug 19, 2009 5:41 pm lynnebin1968 :: oh my... my son stands in the shower for 30 minutes twice a day I scream and yell but he won't budge!
