Any way, I have a high set house and would like to make a separate unit downstairs. It has a toilet wash basin but no shower. I would like to use a small bedroom to convert to shower and laundry. I have a water tank not being used which I would like to use with bottled gas for this and a kitchen which needs to be put in.
