I differentiated them slightly by using different feature tiles, and we have different towels and accessories in each. The laundry has the same base cabinets and benchtops as the bathrooms, and same floor tiles, but different wall colour and splashback tiles.... so everything isn't identical, but there's a theme. If you have all ensuites, then coordinating them with the bedrooms they're attached to would make sense.
