Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone knows the difference between these two products?
can anyone recommend either one for waterproofing my bathroom please?
Thanks
Geoff

Dampfix 2 is part of a system, which includes ASA Multiprime and ASA Flexible Silicone. It also is a pre-mix 20ltr drum.. can get smaller one if only a small job.. Dampfix 3 is a two component, cement based, acrylic modified and fibre reinforced waterproofing membrane suitable for most internal and external waterproofing applications Dampfix 3 is specifically formulated to be low in odour and is suitable for internal and external waterproofing applications by brush or roller. Dampfix 3 is fibre reinforced to increase its strength and does not require the use of reinforcing matting. Being cement based, Dampfix 3 is fast drying, allowing for early tiling with ASA approved adhesives But would still recommend using matting with either of the dampfix 2 & 3.. Dampfix 2 is also cheaper.. Hope this helps?? |
