I actually prefer the look of some options with the extender tap coming straight out of the vanity with a big basin, but we have chosen to go with these basins and taps so that the run off is into the basin rather than staight onto the vanity. Can be hard for littlies to reach to turn them on and you can end up with a lot of water at the back of the basin on the vanity. If there's no littlies in the house, they are a great option. Our laundry and kitchen both will have vegie sprayers mounted onto the side of the sink, again because the steel is easier to clean. I leave you to fend for yourself, figure things out yourself.
