Our stuff so far viewtopic.php?f=31&t=16532 Re: Bidet built in to the toilet seat 8Jun 27, 2009 1:22 pm FYI, I have copied the Wikepedia segment......... The current state of the art for Western-style toilets is the bidet toilet, which, as of 2004, are installed in more than half of Japanese households In Japan, these bidets are commonly called Washlets, a brand name of Toto Ltd., and include many advanced features rarely seen outside of Asia. Depending on the exact model, these bidets are designed to open the lid when they sense a user nearby, wash the *** or vulva of the user, dry afterwards with warm air, flush automatically and close the lid after use[/i] So, there you go - would save the issues as mentioned in previous thread of manoevering from toilet to separate bidet or of what to do with botty towels Also the automatic lid lifting feature sounds good - doesnt mention if it automatically closes afterwards? - save arguments about toilet lids left up or down and hygenic no touch technique - actually this is similar idea to modern sanitary product disposal bins in ladies toilets - you just raise your hand above the lid and hatch opens - and closes - automatically - hygenic no touch disposal think I'll be sticking with good old toilet paper at home though Re: Bidet built in to the toilet seat 9Jun 27, 2009 3:37 pm Lostris the royalet bidet http://www.royalet.com.au/ (BTW, I only know about this cause I used to sell them at Reece Thanks for that I guess I'd be looking at $990 + then (for one with adjustable water temperature). Re: Electronic Bidet recommendations 11Apr 28, 2011 10:02 am Nice posts we have are. There are a lot of good electronic bidets in the internet especially in ebay. Go for a bidet that is easy to install, because other people are having a hard time installing bidets. Re: Electronic Bidet recommendations 12Apr 28, 2011 10:36 pm With the bidet, wouldn't u still need to use your bear hands to stroke your behind ? What if u need to shake someone's hand afterwards, or use the keyboard? I wonder how much faecal residue there would be in paper currencies used in countries that use the bidet Re: Electronic Bidet recommendations 13Apr 29, 2011 6:21 pm zeitgeber With the bidet, wouldn't u still need to use your bear hands to stroke your Nope, strong jet of water does the jod, and yes, I've used them in several hotels in Japan. Am considering them for our reno, but may be energy wasteful due to water heating and heated seats. First time building 2 storey home, is under construction (in Framing stage) in NSW. I have 3 toilets and need bidet spray in… 0 16855 Really tight at the top of the stairs- how to get furniture into those rooms? Study books - does anyone really use them these days? Large storage closet would be more functional. 2 6886 I do enjoy the drama:-D In his latest two videos he has started bringing security guards to site, I am waiting for the punch on to begin lol 6 45550 |
