And in regard to my build - I am also of an age when I don't discuss my finances / cost of home with people I am not familiar with. No offense but the fact that I am building a 53sq home and what it's costs are only pertinent to my husband and I. Yeh I am only 21, and my dad is helping me build. He obviously has all the experience ontop of me. And like yourself does not go on a forum and discuss any finances as it is his business. Everyone to their own, I seem to like the looks of the fully tiled bathrooms on the previous page and have never thought people still half tile them, but they do obviously as i can see. I like this forum, its great, I have got some insight on the way things are done during the building process and many other things. Good luck with your house, I'm sure it will be very nice. Oh and good luck with all the cleaning (from experience) as I know a house thats over 550sqm needs some help from someone other than yourself (children, cleaner lol).
