Browse Forums Bathrooms and Laundry 1 May 27, 2009 3:05 pm Can you please help me find a solution with these taps. We have installed Dorf Fluid taps with a Fowler Seido inset basin the problem is the taps have been installed too low and there is barely any room to put your hands under - how do I fix this problem without moving the taps? I have thought about getting a gooseneck spout but they come out longer so would be too far for the basin. Help please??? Help please 3May 27, 2009 4:46 pm I'm looking in reece website but can't seem to find which one you mean - is there a specific brand you know which is 150mm? Re: Taps too low - How do I fix this?? Help please 4May 27, 2009 4:54 pm No, its one of their unbranded products. You wont find it on their website. it retails for about $54. My contact at reece is Ian. you can ring him on (sydney) 97561199. You could also look at some of their bath spouts. One of them might work. Re: Taps too low - How do I fix this?? I think he's adorable too but he's not mine although my jack russell looked just as cute when he was a pup. SuH Reece do have a spouts that don't bend so much at the end I have ones that are straight but they have a square appearance. A gooseneck sounds like a good solution. SuH - I think the gooseneck (square apperance) is the most practical too but when I went to the plumbing supplies place today they said that it can look 'too kitcheny', Do you think it would look kitcheny? Thanks! I'm spoke to the builder I'm not sure if this is all true but basically went along the lines of they considered all options and if I was to compact and fill it… 2 6387 Bathroom renovation will likely include a back-to-corner bath and we’re considering a freestanding tap with hand-held shower such as the picture included. My hesitation… 0 24690 Not sure if that works? I was told the issue is the headspace clearance requirement on step 4. My builder is proposing shifting the beam 310mm towards the kitchen...I'm… 2 2502 |
