Can't help you with price for a mirror that big...
But as a comparison, our mirror is 1.2m long x 800mm high and it cost about $170.
I think to get a mirror the size you're talking about, your best bet would be to approach splashback companies - as they'd be able to do one exactly to your specifications
Oh and would you really be putting a mirror on the entire wall? Floor to ceiling? IMHO that would be a huge waste of money considering the vanity will be in front of it.
I personally like the look of a mirror that is the same width as the vanity with some tile visible between the top of the vanity and bottom of the mirror. And I personally wouldn't have a mirror going all the way to the ceiling, that would be a massive pain in the rear to clean!
As others have said - it's your house so you're free to choose what ever tickles your fancy
And yes, this forum can be great for "whiteboarding" ideas. Often we can have a vision in our heads that we love, but it's also nice to know others ideas. You might love them or hate them, but knowledge is power and the more ideas you can get the more informed decisions you can make.
Case in point - we stayed at a hotel recently, had I seen that hotel room before we did our renovations, I would have seriously considered putting the design in our master bedroom/ensuite - it was brilliant! You could lay in the bath and look through a massive window into the bedroom and watch TV or look out the huge window in the room to the wonderful view. A brilliant layout that I wished I'd been able to consider during our planning phase.

Thanks so much for that. It's not as expensive as I thought which is a good thing
No not floor to ceiling, just above the vanity running all the way to the ceiling. I will contact some glass and splashback companies now
