Browse Forums Bathrooms and Laundry 1 May 21, 2009 10:04 am Yesterday Hubby and I spent hours with Majers working ourselves through an endless displays of lovely tiles. Although we would like to have larger floor tiles in Ensuite and Bathroom we understand that Coral will not lay them. So we can live with 330 x 330 mm but would like to have 600 x 450 mm wall tiles and hubby thinks that they should be laid horizontally. I would rather have them vertically as we are going to have the standard ceiling height. The lady suggested that the wall would look "too Heavy" in regard to the 330 x 330 floor? Especially because the wall will be tiled all the way up to the ceiling. I am afraid I can't visualise how it would look, so if anybody has don it I would appreciate to see your photos. Also she told us that Coral does not allow the 600 x 450 and that they only had 300 x 450 available and then only in White and Off White. I just read Coral's Finishes Schedule and that states that they will lay this size. One of the floor tiles we fell in love with has Rectified Edges (Silk Stone VERDE and the NERO). I searched this Forum and I think that this is not a good tile to be laid in a 45 degree angle? I would appreciate your advice very much.
